We work with trusted partners to process your requests. They have restricted access to your information and may only use it to fulfill requests made by you through our services. We do share your data with top-tier data processors and third-party service providers. We engage them to help us manage and design our website, blog, emails, and support our business operations, products, and services. Some, but not all, examples include: the use of Calendly to assist us with appointment scheduling. We reserve the right to change or add trusted service providers and vendors who provide us customer and business related services.

Our site uses Google AdWords Remarketing Service. We use this service as a marketing tool to encourage past visitors of kuduhorizons.com to revisit our website and inquire about our services. This service sets a cookie on a web visitor’s computer and then displays Kudu Horizon’s ads on Google and third party websites based on your past visit to kuduhorizons.com. This could be a display ad (“banner ad”), a text ad or similar types of ads that Google AdWords service may be able to display.
This website also uses Google Ads’ conversion tracking features on certain pages. If you contact us online, the destination page will have code on it that will help us understand the path you took to arrive on that page. We use Google Ads remarketing codes to log when users view specific pages or take specific actions on a website. This allows us to provide targeted advertising in the future. Google’s Ads Ads are based on personal info you’ve added to your Google Account, data from advertisers that partner with Google, and Google’s estimation of your interests.

10. Unsubscribe from Our Email, Newsletter or News Feeds
Under federal CAN-SPAM laws, if you do not wish to receive our commercial emails, you may unsubscribe from them by following the instructions within any email we send. Requests for Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions as indicated below, upon receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will delete your personal information from our records. Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:
